A beautiful, vibrant, and complex coffee from Costa Rica.  This coffee was milled at La Perla del Cafe, a micromill run by Carlos and Diane.  On our February Costa Rica trip, we actually met Carlos and Diane, and fell in love with their coffee.  It's really great to roast coffee from folks you've met - we hope to do more in the future! Yellow Honey processing means that the coffee is dried with just a touch of the mucilage layer, so it has the pleasant acidity of a washed coffee with just a little more body and sweetness.
