This is a wonderful natural process coffee out of the Guji region of Ethiopia. We've got a really nice delicate city roast on this coffee that brings out tons of fruit flavors. Even though this is an Ethiopian coffee, the fruit is not as wild as some we’ve roasted in the past. It’s balanced against a nice acidity that gives good flavor separation and structure. There is plenty of natural sweetness in the cup.
