This is a wonderful natural process coffee out of Costa Rica.  It's been the most difficult coffee that we've roasted to date - we've been working on-and-off on this coffee for several months.  But it's been worth the wait!  We've got a really nice delicate city roast on this coffee that brings out tons of fruit flavors, but in a refined sort of way (as opposed to the wild fruit flavors of a natural Ethiopian coffee).  There is plenty of natural sweetness in the cup and a good bit of integrated acidity which makes this a very balanced cup.  It's a favorite around the roastery!
